About the Bit
Do you need something to help promote a true and consistent contact? Have a young horse that needs some help with lateral work and straightness?
The Neue Schule Trans Angled Eggbutt gives stability within the mouth, boosting the horse's confidence to seek the bit. This bit is very beneficial for short, tense necks and excellent for directional control and no loss in feel unlike other fixed cheeks (ie. the horse will not fix against the hand). This bit can benefit a horse that is inconsistent with the contact or that tends to sit behind the contact rather than take the bit forward. The Eggbutt cheeks can also help a rider with unsteady hands by smoothing out some of the bumps and wobbles in the aids to the horse.

Great for improving consistency in the contact
This is my second NS snaffle, and I really like this brand. Both of my young horses seem to enjoy the salox gold- salivating nicely without constant fussing and 'fiddling'. I have the loose ring version of this bit for my mare, who can get a bit fussy and heavy, and now the Eggbutt Tranzangled lozenge for my gelding, who tends to hold himself 'behind the contact', and get a bit short in the neck. He is much happier with the eggbutt design and immediately became more consistent in reaching forward and down into a steady contact. This bit does exactly what it is designed to do, and the service was incredibly fast! I ordered the bit (from QLD) on wednesday and was riding in it on Thursday arvo! I'll definitely use the Bit Bank Aus for all my bitting info and purchases and highly recommend sending Anita an email for some great advice and excellent service! Thank you :)

NS Eggbutt
After trying a few different bits I am very happy with the NS Eggbutt snaffle. My horse is working so much better for me and he seems very happy. His mouth begins to water as soon as the bit is in his mouth. He is softer and more consistant with the contact. Anita was very helpful and the 30 day trial is such a great idea. I was able to try a few different bits and be sure that my horse and I were happy. The new website is great and I will use again in the future when shopping for bits. Thanks again Anita.
