Accreditation is therefore issued by Bit Bank Australia as an industry-led professional standard, based on our expertise, curriculum, and assessment processes. Completion of our program signifies that you have met the competency requirements established by Bit Bank Australia and are recognised as accredited within our industry framework.

Please note the following refund conditions for our online courses:

1. Instant Access

   • Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to course materials, resources, and intellectual property.

   • Because the content is digital and accessible straight away, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

2. Exceptions

   • Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

     • Duplicate purchases.

     • Technical errors preventing access that cannot be resolved.

     • Other exceptional situations, at our discretion.

3. Industry-Led Accreditation

   • All courses are offered as part of an industry-led education and accreditation pathway.
